Clearing the cache in Chrome browser

To clear your browser cache, please do the following:
 
1.      Click the button with the three dots in the Google Chrome browser tool bar,.  Also known as the “More” button.
a.      Select More Tools from the menu.
b.      Select Clear Browser Data.
 

 
2.      In the Clear Browsing data options:
a.      Select ‘the beginning of time’ from the drop down menu.
b.      Uncheck the passwords box
c.      Select the Clear Browsing Data button at the bottom

 
Close Google Chrome and reopen.

**This is also the fix if you are unable to send mail through GMAIL and receive the error

              Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#76997)

***This will ALSO fix an issue where you can not pull up the TO Address for an email you are composing.
