If none of the RealFloors email distribution groups fit your needs, you can create your own personal email group containing addresses from you contacts list.
On the left hand side of the email window, click on the word MAIL.
A list will drop down, select "Contacts"
Select "New Group" from the left hand window
Name the Group with a unique, descriptive title. Such as "IT Department" OR "Atl Sales" for example. Then press OK.
The group is created under the "My Contacts" heading. Select the new group, and press the ADD button to add addresses from your list of contacts.
Once you have found all the contacts you want in the group, click the ADD button to add them to the group.
When you compose a new message you can type the name of your group in the TO: window and see that it pulls up.
