Reassign user on ShoreTel phone

on the phone, press the OPTIONS button.
Scroll down and select UNASSIGN USER
Press UNASSIGN

After the phone reboots it should show 2 empty fields.
enter your full phone number (area code + Phone number)
on the second enter your VM PIN. (or the default VM PIN 39145)
