Accessing your office voicemail box from another phone

When calling from any phone other than your own desk phone:

1. Dial your own phone number
2. When you hear the voicemail greeting, press the * # keys
   • Note: If pressing the * key once does not prompt you to enter your password, press the * key a second time.
3. When you hear the audio prompt to enter your password, enter your phone/voicemail PIN followed by the # key.
