This is a fairly common occurrence, and is generally caused by viewing a customer who has been placed on credit hold.
What's happening is that the dialog box which normally pops-up telling you they are on credit hold is not being displayed properly. As a result, to you it looks like the system has frozen.
In this case, hitting the "ESC" key will respond as if you had clicked the "CANCEL" button, and hitting the "ENTER" key will respond as if you had clicked the "OK" button. Typically, you'll want to hit the "ENTER" key to continue closing the order.
To keep this from happening in the future:
Close out all RFMS Modules on the PC
Open Navigator
Open Order Entry
Close all screens within Order Entry, make sure to see only the **gray RFMS background**.
Go to Utilities>Reset Windows Positions and follow on screen directions
Close RFMS and go back in
Note: If hitting ENTER or ESC does not "unfreeze" your screen, it's most likely another cause, which unfortunately requires one of our support staff to resolve. Please call 1815, or open a support request by emailing help@realfloors.com
