How to download the REDI Floors\REAL Floors App

The REDI Floors and REAL Floors apps are intended for customer use but can be downloaded by employees in order to show the app to customers while in the field.

*PLEASE NOTE: TO USE THE APP YOU NEED A CUSTOMER’S LOGIN INFORMATION

For iPhone and iPad:

1. Open the App Store by tapping on the App Store icon
2. Tap on the Search bar and enter “REDI Floors” for those in the Atlanta area, “REAL Floors” for all other areas
3. Find “REDI-Floors Mobile” or “REAL FLoors Mobile” in the search results and tap on its icon
4. Tap “FREE” then tap “INSTALL”
5. You may need to enter the Apple password you chose when setting up your device
6. You will see the REDI Floors/ REAL Floors App icon appear on your device’s home screen.
7. Tap the icon to launch the app

For Android(Samsung Galaxy, HTC One, etc):

1. Open the Google Play Store by tapping on the Play Store icon
2. Tap the Magnifying Glass icon to open the search bar
3. Type “REDI Floors” for those in the Atlanta area or “REAL Floors” for those in all other areas and press the ENTER or SEARCH key to search
4. Find “REDI-Floors Mobile” or “REAL Floors Mobile” in the search results and tap on its icon
5. Tap INSTALL.
6. Once the download has finished, the app icon will be added to your home screen if space is available or can be found under All Applications
7. Tap the icon to launch the app
