The Insight app is intended for use by REDI/REAL Floors employees who need access to Insight from mobile devices.
*PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN INSIGHT LOGIN AND PASSWORD TO USE THE APP
For iPhone and iPad:
- You will receive an email for an IT member containing a web link.
- From your device, Tap on the link provided in the email
- You will be taken directly to the RF Insight app in the App Store
- Tap on FREE then tap INSTALL
- The app icon will be added to your devices home screen
- Tap on the icon to launch the app
**RF Insight does not appear in the App Store and cannot be searched for. The only way to download the app is with the link provided in the email from the IT Department.
** If you have multiple devices associated with the same Apple ID you can download the Insight app on all of them with one link.
- Follow the above instructions on the first device
- For all other devices:
- Open the App Store
- Tap on Purchases
- Search for “RF Insight”
- Tap the RF Insight icon then tap INSTALL.
** For devices on a separate Apple ID, you will need to request an additional download link for each Apple ID from an IT member. Email help@redifloors.com to request additional download links.
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store by tapping on the Play Store icon
- Tap the Magnifying Glass icon to open the search bar
- Type “RF Insight”
- Find “RF Insight” in the search results and tap on its icon
- Tap INSTALL.
- Once the download has finished, the app icon will be added to your home screen if space is available or can be found under All Applications
- Tap the icon to launch the app.
-Your user ID and password will be the same as Regular Insight.
