Using a headset splitter

You will need the following equipment to set up a training user on your phone

Splitter

Follower headset base w/ headset (not pictured)

Unplug your headset from the phone base and plug the splitter cable into the same port

Plug your headset into the splitter and then plug the follower headset into the open port in the splitter. The splitter button on the follower side should be DOWN and your side should be UP.

When you answer a call the Follower may need to press the headset button on the Plantronics base unit so that it is green in order to hear the call.
