Screen sizing and instability issues in Published Apps when using multiple monitors.
Some users may experience an issue with screen sizing or instability (flickering) when accessing RFMS using Citrix Published App or Remote Desktop App. This issue seems to have been caused by Windows Creator Update .
It is most likely to occur when the user's Main display is on the right and additional monitors are on the left.
To reduce the likelihood of this issue occurring, your local IT professional will need to change Main displays to be on the left in Display Settings.
Should a user encounter screen instability issues after implementing the above recommendations, the user should exit/reenter RFMS. (An IT technician may need to end the session for the user.)
Special Notes: Moving screens within modules increases the chance of encountering screen instability. It is beneficial to perform the Resetting Windows Position function routinely as a preventative safety measure.
