The issue is you have a Google Sheet with email addresses and when you click on one of the addresses, what SHOULD happen is a new "message compose" window should open.
What happens instead is that Google Chrome opens a new BLANK tab.
How to fix this:
when you are logged into your gmail account look for the overlapping squares icon all the way on the right side of the address bar and click it.
Select the option for ALLOW. This will allow gmail to handle the email links.
