I cant log into the Shoretel(Mitel) portal

If you dont know your password, and you have changed it from the one IT initially set it to, then you will need to use the 

Reset Password or PIN

Link from the login page.IT does not have access to reset you password once you have changed it.

Your user name will be your email address (or the email address associated with the phone number you need access to)

Mitel (Shoretel) will email you a link to update your password.
