If your Shortel voicemail box is full and cannot accept any additional messages, you can log into the Shoretel portal and delete multiple messages or ALL your messages at one time
When you are in the portal, Click the HOME menu, then select Voicmail Box beneath the CALLS section.
Select the check box next to the messages you wish to delete OR select the check box at the top of the column to delete ALL messages.
Then click DELETE
