When you are trying to access files in your Google Drive through Drive File Stream you may encounter an error stating "Location is not available" - G:\Team Drives\etc..refers to a location that is unavailable.
This can be resolved by clicking the Start Button 
and finding the program icon for Drive File Stream
Clicking this icon should start the program and connect the G drive again.
