BidPro Estimate being adjusted on another workstation

When trying to access an estimate or template in Bidpro you see this message, and the user listed is NOT in the estimate/template ,have them reopen the estimate/template and then immediately close it. This should unlock the estimate/template.

This is caused by exporting the estimate/template.

RFMS expects to have a fix in a future version but there is no release date for that yet.
