A customer places orders through the Real-Online portal (Redi-Online)http://customerportal.redifloors.com/login.aspx but the order goes to orders email for the wrong store.
Check their account in Real Online (have the Sales Admins do this) to make sure the account is set up under the correct store. In certain situations, the customer is being serviced by a different store since being set up. The account will need to be deleted and recreated under the new store.
