To block a phone number, you have to set it up for each user. Here are the steps:
Log into the portal https://portal.shoretelsky.com
- Go to Phone System > Users > Right-Click User > Click Phone Settings
- Go to the Call Routing tab > Checkbox for Enable Call Screening must be on
- Click on "+ Add" > Ensure "Callers matching certain conditions" is selected
- From the drop-down menu, choose Caller ID matches and enter {10-digit number} > Then "+ Add"
- Click Next > From the drop-down menu for Call screening action to be applied:, choose Hang up the call
- Click Finish
