When trying to log onto one of the RFMS servers you receive an error stating:
Windows cannot start the RemoteApp Program.
This is the message that you usually see:
- if there's already another session (connection) open on the same computer,
- if you try to open a new session before the other one has had time to close completely.
Please try this:
- Close all other sessions/connections to RFMS on that computer (this includes RFMSNAV or anything else that is connected to the Isogent servers in Texas).
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- try to open RFMS
If you still get this message, please try rebooting the PC, wait 2 minutes and try again.
